Hi,
installation of the Tools should be possible in 3.8 also, since 3.8 and 4.2 are API-wise the same (We use 3.8 for performance reasons).
However I get eg requires 'bundle org.eclipse.ui 3.103.0' which is 4.2 only.
Could this changed to an range which includes 3.8.x versions of org.eclipse.ui?
