Cannot figure out how to do REST API calls for Google, Twitter, Yellow pages from SAP HANA Cloud XS and/or HTML apps

I would like to call REST APIs from various sources that require a public facing URL and the ability to provision client encryption keys. Yellow Pages, Twitter, Google, and others all require this functionality. I was told that Thomas Jung may have answers, but I have not been able to find specific information or examples regarding this.
